File consists of a study conducted by Rod Stewart Construction Limited, Inglis & Downey Architects Inc., Commonwealth Management Limited and Port Hope LACAC (in 2005 Heritage Port Hope). This booklet is orientated towards Block 9, 29-33 Walton Street. It would have originally been given to the building owners. Report includes photos and suggestions for improvements to the buildings, and was compiled using information gathered in the first two reports.
