The collection includes views of Ukrainian dwellings, a Greek Orthodox Chapel, Peter Erasmus' house, Earl Danard, furniture, horse drawn cutters and buggies, farm equipment, fire fighting equipment, a sod house, the Kreye House, the Excelsior Methodist Church, a building of the Northwest Trading Co., one of the first post offices in Namao, a blacksmith shop, and the Bellrose Catholic Public School.

Braithwaite, Dr. Whitelaw, Dr. Edgar Allin, Dr. Philip Roy, Dr. Jules Royal, Dr. Ferris, Dr. William Morrison McKay dating from the 1800s to 1900s, as well as a photograph of the members Canadian Medical Association in Banff in 1889. The fonds also includes newspaper clippings related to the coronations, abdications, and deaths of members of the royal family dating from 1919 to 1937.
