The collection consists of six copy prints of card stereographs which are dual photographic images mounted on cards, to be viewed with a hand-held style stereoscope. The images are photographed from slightly different points of view, providing the appearance of a three dimensional image when it is viewed through the lenses of the device. The photographs of "Chief Sark" and "Indian Basket Weaving. Prince Edward Island. Canada" do not reveal this dual effect. It can be seen in the other copies which include scenes of Souris, Province House, and a fox ranch in Rosebank. Three of the copy prints have "Copyright 1899, by B. W. Killburn" printed on the edge of the card.
