Series consists of eleven scrapbooks of the IODE, Victoria-Guelph Chapter. Included in the scrapbooks are photographs, newspaper clippings, and memorabilia. These records document the history of the IODE, Victoria-Guelph Chapter.

IODE, Victoria-Guelph Chapter minutes

Series consists of minutes, resolutions, and clippings created or collected by the IODE, Victoria-Guelph Chapter. The records document the official business of the chapter. Note some of the minutes contain annual reports from the secretary and or reports from the Standard Bearer.

The records are arranged chronologically by year; however, minutes for the years 1970-1974, 2004-2006 are missing. Two folders contain documents that review activities for the years 2005 and 2006.

City of Guelph Board of Education historical records

This series consists of sundry material created, collected or maintained by the City of Guelph Board of Education documenting the history of schools in Guelph. Included is a letter from John Galt on education in the City of Guelph; assorted correspondence; a diary of John Sinclair; a lease for the Board's use of Day's Hotel; booklets and essays on the history of the Board and select schools; and historical data files that contain clippings, pamphlets, and other material relating to the history of the Board and its schools in Guelph.

Canadian Federation of University Women - Guelph programs and projects records

This series consists of records related to specific programs and projects initiated by the Club, or in which they co-operated with other community and government organisations. Included are records relating to such activities as heritage building conservation, scholarships, theatre, festivals and lectures. Also included are records related to special projects such as the anniversary activities, the organizational data related to the national conference hosted by the Guelph chapter in 2000 and the UWC Panel on the well being of the child. Records consist of correspondence, reports, notes, published items, programs, clippings, photographs, audiocassettes, and videotape.
