The collection consists of a 1996 development plan, plus an article on the history of Union Bay (a small community approximately 15 kilometres south of Courtenay, British Columbia).

The collection consists of recorded interviews and interview summaries with pioneers of Waterton Lakes National Park. Frank Goble, and Ed and Cheryl Mitchell were interviewed but not recorded, although notes were taken and are found with the inventory. There is very poor sound quality on the Tom Jenkins recorded interview due to a cassette malfunction. The Frank Johansen interview summary is accompanied by extensive biographical material about his great aunt, Lu Nielson.

Collection consists of records accumulated by Barry Pepper. These records are photographs of exterior views of Osgoode Hall and the southeast gate. The photographs were used for the bicentennial stamp submission by the Bicentennial Committee, of which Pepper was a member.

This collection contains records pertaining from at least 6 different fonds in the State Archive of the Zaporozhe Region. They include the Berdyansk Uezd Steppe Forestry Department (Fond 250), the Alexandrovsk Uezd Land Survey Commission (Fond 230), the Melitopol Uezd Statistical Bureau (Fond 255), the Berdyansk Uezd Land Survey Office (Found 263), the A.A. Koop Agricultural Equipment and Machinery Factory (Fond 158) and the Zaporozhe Okrug Executive Committee (Fond 316). The materials focus roughly on four themes – forestry, description of land and estate possessions, business correspondence and emigration.

This collection consists of one letter in which Robert Gray writes to John Wickham in 1819 after a "lapse" of 30 years. The letter is concerned mostly with the late Edmund Fanning and his daughters but also touches on Gray's personal life and the land values in Prince Edward Island.

The fonds consists of two photographs of Alexander McNeill ca. 1860 and 1885. Alexander McNeill, farmer and school teacher of Lot 49, was born in Prince Edward Island ca 1825. On 15 January 1845 he married Mary Anne Mearns. McNeill was one of the founders and served as secretary of the Tenant league in the early 1860s.

The fonds consists of copies of postcards, principally of the Murray Harbour area, but also including street scenes and buildings in Charlottetown as well as one of the Montague River and one of the Stanhope Beach Inn.

Collection contains genealogical notes for the Boultenhouse, Purdy and Barnes families of Sackville, New Brunswick, consisting of:
a letter of introduction to the material;
Boultenhouse family notes;
abbreviated version of the Purdy family genealogy compiled by Clayton C. Purdy, assembled into a family tree, with an expansion of the descendants of Henry Purdy of Fort Lawrence, Nova Scotia;
and Barnes family genealogical notes.
