The fonds consists of two photographs and a newsletter article describing the activities of the Anglican Church Camp Missions (1913-1914).

Not all records are extant for all parishes; records vary significantly from parish to parish. Fonds also includes an appendix, MsC 284, consisting of material relating to Morse L. Goodman, 5th Anglican Bishop of Calgary: sketches of St. Martin's Church, Livingston, Alberta, St. James Church, and St. Ambrose Church, Redcliff, Alberta; framed photograph of an unidentifired church procession; framed certificate of greeting from parish of Christ Church, Edmonton, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary, April 1, 1979.

The fonds consists of 1890 and 1896 newspaper articles from Edmonton; a brief history of Athabasca Landing as the See of the Anglican Diocese of Athabasca; a 1948 Christmas card with photos of both Athabasca churches; an application form for the hostels; 1959-1960 and 1961-1962 photos of the Hostel gang; April, 1990 booklet "Setting aside moving on" commemorating All Saints' Anglican Church as it is demolished and a new church is built on the site; Feb.3, 1991 consecration of the new All Saints' Church; a 1997 program for the "Burning of the Mortgage"; a few sheets on the history of the church from 1990-2006; a short history of the stained glass window from St.Mark's Church, Plum Lake ; a brief history of St. Alban's Church, South Athabasca including the Women's Auxiliary; and a program of the 100th anniversary of the Parish of Athabasca, 1893-1993. The glass lantern slides include 18 Bible teaching slides and 58 slides of cities and buildings world wide. The photographs include Plum Lake Church, and the 1960 All Saints' choir. The books include 1876 New Testament in Cree syllabics, pub. in England and other psalters and prayer books including the 1909 Presbyterian Book of Praise.

The fonds consists of the Anglican Church of the Ascension's The Church News (Christmas issues for 1945, 1946, 1967, 1974, 1975, and January 1976), and Rev. Nakayama's circulars to parishioners (1972-1976).

This fonds contains the records created by the organizations and clergy of the Diocese of Fredericton - including the Bishops, the Diocesan Synod and its predecessor, the Diocesan Church Society, the Deaneries, the Cathedral and the Parishes. However, it is the latter, the Parishes, which have generated the bulk of the records contained herein. Records produced by the Parishes include the Parish Registers (of Baptisms, Marriages, Burials and Confirmations), records of the Corporation (Vestry), statistical Registers of Services (now called Vestry Books), correspondence and financial records, land deeds and consecration and other legal records, parish histories, photographs etc. Any Parish's records may include some or all of the above and more.
