The collection consists of a wide variety of photographs depicting students and teachers at Crofton House School. Also included are photographs of the school buildings as well as events and activities relating to the school's growth and development.

It is arranged in the following series: General Administration, Meetings (with sub- series: Department and Committees), Department Programs (with sub-series: Art Education (ARTE) and Music Education (MUED)), and “Quarterly Quorum”. The Art Education sub- series includes records which pre-date the establishment of the Department and document the Art Education program during the late 1970's.

Fonds includes materials pertaining to the Engineering Science Leads Committee of the B.C. Agricultural Sciences Co-ordinating Committee (BCSCC) on which Watson sat for the period 1967-1978. Composed of representatives of the Provincial Ministry of Agriculture, Agriculture Canada, and the UBC Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, the Committee advised the Minister of Agriculture and allotted research funds for research projects within the province.

The fonds consists of correspondence, minutes of meetings, and reports relating to the various committees on which Anna Leith served during her career in the UBC Library system. In particular, the fonds contains material relating to the Woodward Library, the UBC Health Sciences Centre and the B.C. Medical Centre.

Most of the material was created and collected by Sedgewick himself, and the rest was collected by friends including Robert Roberts after Sedgewick's death.

These records include minutes, correspondence, course outlines and related materials, and reports. The records are arranged in the following series: Minutes, Department Head, Courses, Buildings and Facilities, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, and General.

The fonds consists of correspondence, reports, and minutes of meetings relating to the activities and programs of the Department of Psychology, and photographs of Department Heads and prominent faculty members. Some records date from before the formation of the Department, when the psychology program was still part of the Department of Philosophy and Psychology. Also included are audio recordings of interviews (with typed transcripts) documenting the Department's historical development.
The material is arranged in six series: Administration, Departmental Committees, Departmental Programs, External Correspondence, Historical Files, and Oral History Project. The Historical Files series consists of textual records which document the Department's formative years, and photographs; they had been placed in a box and stored separately from the Department's other records until transferred to the Archives.
