The fonds consists of operational records of Bowen Island School, including annual reports (1893-1970), minutes and expense reports (1926-1946), correspondence, and the visitor’s book (1894-1922).

Fonds consists of photographic material created by Dr. Stephen Inglis and a series of twenty-four black and white prints depicting potters in a small community in India or images of fertility statues photographed by colleague Walter Huber. The colour negatives show local artisans and their works. The black and white photos mounted on cards were created between 1974 and 1977 and show Indian craftspeople, particularly Bengalis and Tamils. The images may have been created for the purpose of Dr. Inglis’s PhD research.

The fonds consist of slides taken by Blanca and Ricardo Muratorio relating to fieldwork, folk arts and crafts of Ecuador and Peru taken by Blanca and Ricardo Muratorio. The color photographs relate to the Corpus Christi [Ecuador] fiesta and dancers and the 1998 exhibit at the UBC Museum of Anthropology of works for sale by Andean artists, “Images of Andean Lives.”

Textual records consist of Ricardo Moratorio’s report on folk art, and materials relating to two exhibitions which took place at the Museum of Anthropology: the poster and Spanish text for “Images of Andean Lives” [1998] and an invitation for “Sewing Dissent: Patterns of Resistance in Chile” [1987].

Fonds consists of textual records of St. Eugene Mission from 1908-1970. Includes history, diaries, correspondence, financial records, Ktunaxa census lists, reports, programs, building specifications, clippings, and ephemera.

Fonds consists of an album created by former UBC student Arthur Evan Boss. It contains over 560 small black and white photographs of which approximately the first half relate to UBC and were taken between 1917 and 1924. The 232 UBC images include many views of students and student life at the original Fairview campus. As well as posed individual shots of students, there are many photographs of various student activities including the annual class picnic. Although there is limited duplication of images already in the Archives, the photographs are, for the most part, unique and a large majority of them have captions with enough information for identifying individuals. Images in the second half of the album are largely undescribed and undated, and do not seem to relate to UBC.

Fonds consists of published works and documents made or received by Stanley Grenz, reflecting his professional career and aspects of his personal life. The records bear testimony to the broad range of religious and academic issues that Grenz dealt with as an author, academician and an ordained minister of the Christian Gospel.
