It also includes one letter written by Mary Ellen Reddie (1909) to her sister Margaret Smellie (nee Morrison), Anna Harrison's mother. The letters describe life in Prince Rupert at the time and the work of Dr. John Oates Reddie, Benjamin Harris's business Brilliant Signs, Prime Minister Laurier's visit to the city in August 1910, and the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway Company.
