The fond consists of material relating to the personal life of West Vancouver arts philanthropist Kay Meek. The material includes two scrapbooks compiled by Kay Meek that contain photographs, postcards, newspaper clippings, magazine articles, and brochures. The fonds also includes one drawing of the Gertrude Lawson House.

The fonds consists of digital photographs selected and scanned by the Hollyburn Heritage Society. The photographs relate to people, places, and events on Hollyburn Ridge. Fonds consists of records relating to Freda Herrin Gilbert's high school and family life, and her profession as a teacher in West Vancouver. The materials include high school certificates and newsletters, photographs of Gilbert's classes and colleagues, and family records including information relating to her brother-in-law Harry Dickson and her father William Herrin.

Fonds consists of photographs taken by Eileen Scott depicting many regions of British Columbia, with particular emphasis on West Vancouver. The slides also depict views of Scotland, and plant and animal life. The fonds also includes correspondence, Scott's published book Porridge and Old Clothes, notes on photography, and a scrapbook of newsclippings, announcements, and art.

The fonds consists of material relating to the professional and personal life of Louise Spratley who played an important role in the West Vancouver community as editor of the Lions Gate Times, special assistant to BC Federal Cabinet Minister the Hon. Jack Davis, freelance journalist, and consultant for the District of West Vancouver. The fonds also includes material relating to one of Louise's sisters, Hilda Cryderman, a B.C. teacher who gained national status as a strong advocate of women's rights and issues, and was a member of the Order of Canada.

The fonds consists of photographs related to the history of the Caulfeild area of West Vancouver and the Caulfeild family, after which the area was named. The bulk of the collection consists of copies made from a photo album belonging to Mr James Caulfeild. Also includes scanned copies of personal letters written by James Caulfeild as well as business records relating to property owned by the family.

Fonds consists of a ledger, cash book, minute books, membership rolls, and the report and correspondence of the Trust Committee which was appointed to oversee the dissolution of the Society and the disposal of its assets.

The fonds consists of material generated and collected by West Vancouver civil engineer Gilbert S. Conway with the majority relating to the design, engineering, and construction of Lions Gate Bridge. The material includes handwritten diaries, booklets, reports, photographs, maps, a personal business card, and Christmas card showing Lions Gate Bridge.
