The fonds consists of material relating to the establishment, fundraising, and social activities of the West Vancouver charitable society, the Francescan Outreach Society, and their predecessor, the Francescan Society, more commonly known as the Francescans. The records include society acts, meeting minutes, annual reports, treasurer's reports, membership lists, appreciation certificates, correspondence, documents, forms, newsletters, publicity material, newspaper clippings, and photographs.
