The collection consists of yearbooks, school newspapers, and school literary magazines from Blackie High School (1951), High River High School (1920, 1921, 1926, 1927-1928, 1947, 1951, 1956, 1958, 1959, 1961, 1969), Ridgeview Junior High School (1953), Rt. Hon. Joe Clark School (1982), Senator Riley High School (1972), Senator Riley Junior High School (1973, 1974, 1982). Many of the yearbooks were autographed by students and staff

The fonds consists of personal and professional papers including correspondence, research material, reference files, drafts and copies of columns, newspaper clippings, unpublished manuscripts; personal papers of her grandparents, Joseph and Julia Anna Short; personal papers of the family of Joseph and Julia Anna Short; personal papers of her parents, Charles and Margaret (Blennerhasset) Short; personal papers of Alexander Knupp; papers relating to the Alberta Progressive Conservative Women's Association; papers relating to the Museum of the Highwood and the Pioneers and Old Timers Association; and photographs.
