The fonds consists of photographs, newspaper clippings, and ephemera relating to Ray Williston's life from childhood to recent times, one interview on audio cassette, correspondence and reports relating to Mr. Williston's government and private work, and miscellaneous textual material.

The Smith family photograph album was copied onto cd-rom as were digital pictures of Smith family artifacts and some documents. A small number of photographs were photographically copied.

Item is the family bible which was published in 1841 belonging to the Boultenhouse family. On the first page is written “John E. Boultenhouse” … “From his Mother, who died Jan 5 1868”. In the middle of the volume are four pages labeled “Family Record” with subheadings, “marriages”, “births”, and “deaths”.
