Fonds consists of four series and one sous-fonds. The series include: Minutes, membership records and consitution (19321986); Correspondence (19321988); Financial Documents (19471971); Promotion and competitions (19181990). The sous-fonds comprises the records of Revelstoke Winter Sports Ltd., a company that was formed by the ski club to run hill operations on Mount Revelstoke.

The fonds consists of minutes (1949-1966) and a History of the Salmon Arm Golf Course by Tudor Davies and Dennis Reid.

The fonds consists of one bound volume containing financial records for the Prince Rupert Thursday Mixed Bowling League from 1956- 1989.

The fonds consists of certificates of incorporation, bylaws, cashbooks, membership records, and correspondence.

Fonds consists of constitution and by-laws, minutes, correspondence, newsletters, financial statements, park plans, and a survey concerning the Grindrod Park.

Fonds consists of articles of incorporation (1922) and two accounting ledgers (1922-1975). Of note is a list of subscribers in the 1922-1930 account book, and a record of costs associated with purchasing the property.

Fonds consists of an inventory, taken in November 1942, of the furnishings and fixtures in the Auto Camp. Only three pages of the 300 page volume remain; the first 36 pages are cut out.

Fonds consists of records kept by members of the Enderby Rockhounds. Includes minute books, which contain financial reports and membership lists, correspondence, clippings, plaque and a scrapbook.
