The fonds consists of the school's constitution and policies (ca. 1962-ca. 1965), Board minutes (1962-1968), reports, correspondence (1961-1967), financial records, architectural plans, lists of students and staff (1937-1965), catalogues/calendars (1950-1966), student publications (1951-ca. 1964), student essays, student reunion records (1952, 1991), research papers on Mennonite Bible schools, student portraits (1945-1966), and the school's processional banner. Includes some information on Coaldale Mennonite Brethren Bible School and Aufwärts Bibelschule in Rosemary, Alberta.Includes some personal records of Wilhelm Pauls. .

The fonds consists of minutes for the separate school districts in Grande Prairie, Spirit River, Fairview, Sexsmith and Beaverlodge; daily registers for Grande Prairie Schools, Spirit River, Sexsmith, and Beaverlodge; operational files for Grande Prairie, Spirit River, Sexsmith and Beaverlodge; photographs for Grande Prairie, Spirit River and Fairview; and scrapbooks which contain news clippings about the entire area.

The fonds consist of a list of teachers and students, research material, the story and some photographs of teacher Dora Doyle, and a guest book from the reunion.

Series consists of 29 diaries, dated reading journals and day planners created and preserved by Watson during her adult life. These Material contain fragments of her creative writing; drawings in graphite, coloured pencil and ink; reading notes and language exercises; collected ephemera; recordings of her daily activities and financial transactions; and reflections on her experiences, emotions, relationships and surroundings.
In general Watson kept confessional and reflective diaries from 1954 (1955?) to about 1957. When she moved to Toronto in 1956 to pursue her doctoral studies, Watson began to keep what can be best described as Reading Journals: dated notes pertaining to books she was reading interspersed with short diary entries regarding her correspondence, her observations of her surroundings and her academic experiences. After she moved to Edmonton to teach at the University of Alberta, and upon her retirement in Nanaimo, Watson's recorded thoughts become more infrequent. In her later life, Watson appears to have purchased commercial Day Planners to record her daily activities and financial translations.
It is apparent that Watson kept journals during her early teaching career in Cariboo Country in British Columbia. However, it seems she destroyed these at a later period.

The sub-series consists of original writings or edited copies of Chapter 4, "Changing Courses" Part 3, for the history book Chepi Sepe. Records relate to histories of schools and churches.

The fonds consists of one minute book detailing the decisions made by the Sinclair Lake School District for the years 1938-1940, as well as accounts, debentures, bylaws, list of library books received, letters from the School Division, and later historical notes, presumably written by Olive Stickney, and biographical questionnaires filled out by Mrs. Madge Borden Lambert, Dave and Alta Juneau, and Knute Boness.

The fonds consists of textual records relating to the operation of Cornwall School in six series: financial records, correspondence, tax records, daily registers and inspection reports, school building, and associated organizations.
There was no discernable original order in the records when they arrived. Order was imposed on them by the archivist based on the contents of the records.
