Includes scenes of New Westminster in 1864, steamboats, lakes along the Harrison route, scenes in the Fraser Canyon, towns of Yale, Lytton, Port Douglas, Pemberton, Clinton, and also groups of people, including A.C. Elliott and Joseph W. Trutch. The photographs are arranged in the order of the two gold-rush routes to the Cariboo, one by the Harrison-Lillooet route and one by the Fraser Canyon route.
