The fonds consists of a scrapbook containing assorted newspaper and journal clippings pertaining to the history of British Columbia and Fort Langley, B.C., letters of condolence regarding the death of Allard's son in battle during World War I, and some articles written by Allard himself.

The fonds consists of 16 receipts of the Kwong Lee Trading Company, including shipping receipts from the B.C. and V.S.N. Company steamer Governor Douglas and wholesale goods dealer L. Bonanati Romano, most with Chinese script on the back, 2 signed by Ovid Allard, Chief Trader at the Hudson's Bay Company's Fort Langley, B.C., and one signed from Fort Yale, B.C.
