The fonds consists of files on various churches affiliated with the B.C. Conference, correspondence with missions and churches, files relating to pastoral internships, and minutes of the Board of Church Extension. Fonds also consists of records of the West Coast Children's Mission Committee, the Missionskommittee, and the Mennonite Brethren Mission of British Columbia Board.

The fonds consists of the records of the British Columbia Fruit Growers Association, Hail Insurance Committee and its successor, British Columbia Fruit Growers Mutual Hail Insurance Company. The records of the Hail Insurance Committee include minutes of committee meetings, 1949-1950. The records of the Mutual Hail Insurance Company primarily consist of minutes of the Board of Directors meetings and annual general meetings; correspondence, filed with the minutes; the First Annual Report (1950); the 1951 corporate by-laws, as amended in 1953; and a few pamphlets on the topics of crop and hail insurance.

The fonds consists of the constitution, minutes (1938-1944) and correspondence (1943-1944) of the B.C. Principals Association.

The fonds consists of minutes of annual general meetings and executive council meetings of the B.C. Secondary School Teachers' Association, previously known as the B.C. Secondary Teachers' Association, the Provincial Secondary Teachers' Association, and the Provincial Teachers' Association.

The fonds consists of records including the administrative and operational files of the branch.

The fonds consists of constitution, minutes, correspondence, financial statements, annual reports, membership lists, ledger books, family registers, and subject files. The minutes, correspondence and other materials reflect the efforts of the Conference of Mennonites in developing the churches and their ministry in the province, as well as their ministry worldwide. Fonds incorporates records of the Bethel Bible Institute, the Bethel Youth Hostel, and family registers for parishes in Abbotsford, Armstrong, Black Creek, Coghlan, Mission City, Sardis, Vancouver and Yarrow.

The fonds consists of some administrative and operational records for the Society, generated by Mr. Leonoff in his capacity as a director, an extensive collection of historical research material, as well as drafts and correspondence relating to publication of this historical research material in various monographs and articles.

The fonds is arranged in 12 series: Alpha-numeric series (A1-W27), 1959-93; Derrick Mallard series, 1947-2001; Gwen Mallard series, 1968-97; B.C. Environmental Associations, 1972-2000; BC Environmental newsletters, 1970-2000; Community Associations, 1990-2000; Capital Regional District, 1990-2000; Foundations, 1994-2000; Issues, 1973-2000; Land preservation, 1990-2000; Awards, 1992-2001; Photographs. The Alpha-Numeric system was established by Derrick Mallard in the early years of his environmental work. The vast majority of the files were left un-filed, and constitute the Mallards research files relating to their C.A.S.E. work. These have been arranged in series reflecting the subject groupings of his early alpha-numeric system. Administrative files relating to C.A.S.E. have been arranged in the B.C. Environmental Associations series. Approximately 300 reports and publications have been transferred to Special Collections, and cataloged as the Derrick Mallard Collection. They are on a wide variety of environmental subjects, including: water, sewage, transportation, parks, farming, noise, fishing, endangered species and global issues.

The fonds consists of environmental subject files, which include reports, clippings, correspondence, and letters to newspaper editors.

The collection consists of Ex-Forestry Vessel Squadron Association documentation, such as textual records, photographs, personnel and vessel lists, reports regarding the physical condition of the Dean Ranger, logbook of the Dean Ranger, and newsletters. Collection also contains manuscripts, proofs and galleys, illustrations and photographs used in <i>Forest Ranger, Ahoy!</i> by Michael Coney (Sidney, B.C. : Porthole Press, 1983).
