Fonds consists of textual records documenting the programmes and activities of the Department of Pathology, and the Departmentʹs relationships with other organizations. These records include minutes, correspondence, course outlines and related materials, and reports. The records are arranged in the following series: Minutes, Department Head, Courses, Buildings and Facilities, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, and General.

The fonds consists of correspondence, reports, and minutes of meetings relating to the activities and programs of the Department of Psychology, and photographs of Department Heads and prominent faculty members. Some records date from before the formation of the Department, when the psychology program was still part of the Department of Philosophy and Psychology. Also included are audio recordings of interviews (with typed transcripts) documenting the Department's historical development.
The material is arranged in six series: Administration, Departmental Committees, Departmental Programs, External Correspondence, Historical Files, and Oral History Project. The Historical Files series consists of textual records which document the Department's formative years, and photographs; they had been placed in a box and stored separately from the Department's other records until transferred to the Archives.

The fonds consists of records relating to the planning, administrative, fundraising, promotional, documentary and curatorial activities of the Artropolis exhibitions. These materials include: budgets, grant applications, proposals, research files and site plans; correspondence, financial statements, fundraising letters, logos, licenses and contracts, employee and volunteer files, minutes and reports; press releases and sponsorship agreements, banners, brochures and posters; and artists’ résumés and applications, attendance records, comment books, exhibition catalogues, scrapbooks, photo albums, photographs, video recordings, and artwork.

The records are arranged into the following sous-fonds: Artropolis 87 (1984 - 1990); Artropolis 90 (1987 - 1991); Artropolis 93 (1990, 1992 - 1993); Browser Artropolis 97 (1992, 1997 - 1998); Artropolis 2001 (1988, 1999 - 2001); Artropolis 2003 (1988, 1992, 2001 - 2005).

Fonds consists of published and unpublished works, subject files, correspondence, minutes, reports, sound recordings and a photograph relating to Basil Stuart-Stubbs position as University Librarian and Director of the School of Librarianship (School of Library, Archival and Information Studies) at UBC, his involvement with the UBC Press, and his academic interests and activities. The fonds consists of reports and studies generated by the Physical Plant between 1968 and 1983. The materials include feasibility studies and functional programs for the Anthropology and Sociology Building, Buchanan Building, Aquatic Centre, Biological Sciences Building, Civil and Mechanical Engineering Building, Fort Camp and TRIUMF.

Fonds consists of material documenting and advertising events at PUMPS, and to some extent the private lives of those living and working in the space. Material includes slides, photographs, cards, leaflets and posters, and other textual material.

The fonds consists of correspondence, programs, photographs, memorabilia and proceedings of the 1974 Congress. Also included in the fonds are some records of the Canadian Mathematical Congress, which served as official host for the event.
