The fonds consists of Vancouver Hadassah-WIZO records, including chapter meeting minutes and agendas, membership lists, reports, events hosted and/or attended by Vancouver Hadassah-WIZO members, correspondence, newspaper clippings, publications, ephemera and a wide variety of scrapbooks and photographs. The fonds has been divided into 17 series including: Publications; Membership lists; Hadassah Blue Binders; Public Affairs; Hadassah Bazaar; Chapters; Administrative records; Conferences; Conventions; Correspondence; Events; Newspaper clippings; Reports; Ephemera; Scrapbooks and photo albums; Photographs; and Artifacts and audio visual.

The fonds consists of records documenting Gilberts thoughts and experiences from childhood to early adulthood. The fonds have been arranged in four series: 1) academic and employment records; 2) correspondence; 3) journals; and 4) unbound prose and poetry.

Previously known as the "Ethel Johns Research Collection", the fonds consists of records generated during Street's writing of the biography of Ethel Johns. It includes correspondence (1969-1974) with publishers and the Canada Council which funded the project; transcripts of interviews with students, friends and associates (1969-1970); copies of Johns' addresses and publications (including portions of an unfinished autobiography); and draft manuscripts for the book "Watch-Fires on the Mountains".

Collection consists of 22 DVDs of the interviews, and other materials described in the Abra Palumbo sous-fonds.

The fonds consists of minutes of the Board of Directors, minutes of the Council and Working Committee, minutes of Staff meetings, general correspondence of various officials of the Project, copies of reports generated by various programs, and financial records. Fonds contains records of School Canadiana, including correspondence, reports, minutes of Management Committee meetings, registration-attendance records, and financial files.

Fonds consists of incoming and copies of outgoing correspondence between Splane and Leonard Marsh, copies of lecture notes and course outlines prepared by Marsh and a bound volume of Social Work Research (1947-1956) with supplements to 1963 annotated by Marsh.

The fonds consists of records from the School of Nursing, most of which had been accumulated in the course of office administrative activity, and some of which had been collected for the purpose of writing a history of the School. The fonds is arranged in the following series: Office files (1942-1991), History of Nursing at UBC (1919-1965), School of Nursing Golden Jubilee (1969), Elizabeth McCann's project files (1980-1981), and Photographs (including scrapbook) (1940-1969).

The fonds consists of diaries, photographs, articles, speeches and reports, and miscellaneous material, all of which document Frank F. Wesbrook’s personal and professional activities.

Fonds consists of textual records documenting the programmes and activities of the Department of Pathology, and the Departmentʹs relationships with other organizations. These records include minutes, correspondence, course outlines and related materials, and reports. The fonds consists of lectures, papers, proposals, reports, correspondence, clippings, published materials, photographs and one audio tape relating to Rice's research and publishing activities, her work with various professional associations, and advocacy for the professional regulation of midwifery in B.C. The fonds also contains correspondence, reports, memoranda, minutes and other administrative records from Rice's involvement with the Nurse Midwifery Service at Grace Hospital. The fonds has been arranged into the following series: Education (1980-1, 1993); Published Writing, Proposals, Lectures and Research Materials (1977-2002); Nurse Midwifery Service (1983-1991); Professional Associations (1976-1992); Professional Regulation of Midwifery (1978-1999, predominant 1987-1997); UBC Midwifery Degree Program (2000-2001) and Audio (1997).
