The fonds consists of minutes (1947-1964) of the general meetings of the curling club.

The collection consists of photographs of Kimberley and area, including Marysville, the Sullivan Mine, and Chapman Camp, depicting individuals, families, and community groups; personnel, facilities, and operations of the Sullivan Mine; community events and activities; sports activities in the area (including curling, skiing, and ice hockey); and, general scenes. The collection includes photographs created and accumulated by Cominco's Sullivan Mine (earlier the Consolidated Mining and Smelting Company of Canada) and by local professional photographers Peter Faulkner and Charles Wormington.

The fonds consists of registration documentation of the society, club policy statements, correspondence, minutes, financial statements, development plans, ski race result lists, and ephemera (including badges and programs). Fonds includes a map showing mineral claim stakes on the ski hill.
