Includes notes, the Civic Centre's Bylaws revised 6 Aug 1946, correspondence, a Pro-Rec Centres bulletin, membership cards, Civic Centre Program Bulletins, program lists, a Civic Centre leaders' handbook, book of enrollment, and attendance for programs. Photographs include the civic centre building, gymnastics, tiny tots, and staff including Don Forward, Neil Ross, Bob Moore, and Jack McIntosh. Other photographs depict Norman Baker and Emile Blain, Margaret's husband, and Emile and another employee inside Blain Brothers Grocers at 837 2nd Ave. West. Ephemera consists of a Prince Rupert General Hospital feeding schedule for Barbara Blain, a Reid's Holiday Tog. Ltd. for Miss M. Slin, a Pro-Rec winter schedule from 1946-1947, and a birth form from the Prince Rupert General Hospital, dated June 21, 1950.
