<p>The fonds consists of records relating to the operation of the Spirit Valley Women's Institute and their activities. The records include a certificate of incorporation, lease agreement, membership booklet, insurance policy, meeting records, invoices and cheque stubs, records of donations, correspondence, reports and newsletters from associated groups, records of fundraising projects, homemaking booklets, and a county fair program. <p>The fonds is divided into six series: History and Legal Documents, Financial, Correspondence, Associated Organizations, Handicrafts and Fundraising, and Homemaking and County Fair Booklets.</p>

There is also a Journal of Receipts and Disbursements for the Grande Prairie Athletics Association, the self-supporting forerunner of the Parks and Recreation Board.

The fonds consists of a record book containing original minutes, a list of charter members, a record of events and bank balances of the Eaglesham BPO Elks #515 from 1967-1985. Included are hand written reports from Exalted Ruler, Nick Pookay (1976-1977), 9 photographs glued on pages and 15 loose photographs with identifications attached that record functions in 1975-1976.

The Canadian Girls in Training (CGIT) "Honeybees" fonds

The fonds consists of five scribblers of minutes (1960-1964) and financial records (1962-1966) and a scrapbook created by Rosamund Wilson's recording her six year leadership of "The Honeybees", a CGIT group in Grande Prairie. The scrapbook contains club records, news clippings and photographs of the Explorer and CGIT group called "The Honeybees" from 1957-1966. Also included is a copy of a valedictory speech given to the 1972 CGIT graduates and a letter and a 2 page collage of photographs from a reunion of the group in 2001.
