The collection consists of a photocopy of the 1942-1945 war diary of the 69th Canadian Tank Transporter Company (69 General Transport Company); copies of photographs of members of the company in the field; and greetings received from government officials on the 50th anniversary reunion of the company in 1991

The fonds consists of the research files, book proofs and some original documents assembled for the history book project.

The fonds consists of equipment acquisition forms, requests for furloughs (leaves of absence), various reprimands [ie. for the use of too much coal, or unauthorized leaves] and daily mess orders. Also includes administrative records, correspondence, and a few officer listings as per particular assignment or duty.

Consists of a photograph album 5 cm thick, containing ca. 200 photographs of places and persons in Alberta and Montana. The album was compiled by A. F. Buckham from his photographs of a cattle drive, and life in and around Dorothy, Alberta and the lower Red Deer River (1921-1924), Edmonton, Alberta (1930), the later half of the album deals with A. F. Buckham's student experiences at the University of Alberta and on a mining engineering field trip to southern Alberta and Montana (1933-1935).
