The fonds consists of the administrative records of Vegreville Hadassah-WIZO created from 1936 - 1990. The Fonds includes these series: 1. Minutes of meetings (1936-1968). The series consists of minutes of regular council and executive meetings of the organization. 2. Financial records (1934 -- 1990). Series consists of ledgers containing financial information about monies raised and dues collected. 3. Guest Book (ca. 1975-1990) 4. Administrative records -- includes correspondence (ca. 1976- 1990)

Collection consists of records pertaining to Stephen Mandel, from 2002-2006, mainly concerning his political career, and includes photocopied newspaper clippings, election materials, posters and correspondence. Fonds also includes photographs depicting Stephen and Lynne Mandel, and a wedding invitation for their daughter, Rachel.

Fonds consists of photocopied newspaper articles by and about Lyla Lebane, and a draft of an article written by Lebane dating from 1987-1998.

Collection consists of records pertaining to the Mintz family dating from 1920-2006 and includes condolence cards, an obituary for Clara Mintz, newspaper articles, materials relating to Clara's career as a social worker, and her activities in the Jewish community, as well as a biography written by ehr son, Bruce, and a curriculum vitae for Jack M. Mintz.

The fonds consists of a family tree for the Abells family and the Buckwold-Cooper family from 2004. Fonds also includes a photograph of Miriam Cooper and Marla (Cipin) Dan supplied by JAHSENA.
