This series consists of records received from area governments relating to the planning function. Included are reports relating to residential land, agricultural land, the Grand River watershed, as well as comprehensive plans for the townships of Eramosa, and Puslinch, Wellington County, the City of Waterloo, and the University of Guelph.

Goldie Mill, interior

Here is shown the interior of the steel and wood structure of Goldie's Mill that remained until its removal in 1977. The photo demonstrates the complexity of wooden beams and pillars.

In this photograph, the Speed River is on the left side and Dunn seeds on the right. This section was burnt out and only the shell remained at the time of the removal of the south section. The architectural amenity was in this northwest section that was left untouched.
