The minutes are primarily arranged chronologically by year. Note some minutes in this series were arranged in reverse chronological order.

This series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence relating to Canadian Federation of University Women - Guelph activities nationally, as well as locally. The series also contains President's correspondence pertaining to human rights campaigns that the CFUW was involved in over time.
