Collection consists of a certificate issued to Edward L.M. Sexton by the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and a Crown land grant issued to George Crookshank of the City of Toronto for half an acre of the Military Reserve in the City of Toronto, and an Osgoode Hall Law School class of 1930 fifty-five year reunion programme.

The collection consists of records accumulated by lawyer Peter Lash. The origins and purpose of the collection is not known, but the records in the collection are a variety of business and property agreements from Ireland, originating from the city of Dublin and County Tipperary. The name William Curry, of Dublin, appears prominently in two of the three documents in the collection. Documents include deeds of co-partnership and rental indentures.
