Records of Lay Associations fonds

Items described here include minutes of meetings of the Grace Methodist-Grace United Church Woman's Missionary Society (WMS) dating from 1920 to 1929. The earliest volume dating from 1920 to 1923 includes a copy of a history of the Grace Methodist WMS. Also found here are the minutes of the Dauphin District Missionary Convention dating from 1921 to 1924 found in the same volume as the minutes of the Grace Methodist WMS dating from 1927 to 1929.

Records of the Board of Stewards

The records of the Board of Stewards include minutes dating from 1937 to 1951, 1960 to 1967, 1974 to 1978, 1981 to 1990; financial statements dating from 1960 to 1965; and a summary of minutes for the years 1981 to 1989.
