Fonds consists of materials that document the personal and professional activities of Abraham Rogatnick, and includes handwritten notes and notebooks on historical and architectural subjects, index cards, typewritten speeches, personal writings, correspondence, and photographs. There are four series: Notes and Architectural Sketches, Photographs, Notebooks and Binders, and Personal Materials and Writing.

Fonds consists of textual and audiovisual material related to David Suzuki’s professional work. It includes notes and manuscripts of several of his book, including "From Pebbles to Computers" and "Sciencescape" and copies of and correspondence relating to his articles published by "The Globe and Mail", the Southam News Syndicate and "Science Dimension" in the 1980s. It also includes correspondence relating to his professional work, his broadcasting and literary career, his work in the Department of Zoology at UBC, and research materials, information and correspondence regarding various associations to which Suzuki belonged or had dealings. It also includes recordings of Dr. David Suzuki’s "Discovery" and Dr. Suzuki’s "Equinox" from 1983-1990 and video recordings of some episodes of "The Nature of Things" from 1994, and copies of his speeches from 1985-2009.

Collection consists primarily of event programmes and calendars published to promote various performing arts productions at UBC. Also included are companion guides for some theatre productions. Materials are arranged in three categories: Theatre Productions, Musical Productions, and Performing Arts – General. Within each category the materials are organized by department, organization, or production series.

Fonds consists of issues of the Film Society newsletter the “Daily Crimes” (1965-1966), an informational pamphlet about the Society (1968), and programmes published by Cinema 16 (originally a subsidiary of the Society) and the Vancouver Film Society (1965-1966).

Fonds consists of UBC course notes, written and organized by Ronald Seal for classes that he taught at UBC in Industrial Arts Teacher Training. Interspersed with these materials are Seal’s personal notes from his teacher training at the Normal School in Victoria in the 1930s.

The fonds consists of signed menus and meeting notices (1960-1972), membership lists (1961-1970), correspondence (1961-1977), undated poems written by Roy Daniells about Radish members, and miscellaneous documents.

Fonds consists of an album created by former UBC student Arthur Evan Boss. It contains over 560 small black and white photographs of which approximately the first half relate to UBC and were taken between 1917 and 1924. The 232 UBC images include many views of students and student life at the original Fairview campus. As well as posed individual shots of students, there are many photographs of various student activities including the annual class picnic. Although there is limited duplication of images already in the Archives, the photographs are, for the most part, unique and a large majority of them have captions with enough information for identifying individuals. Images in the second half of the album are largely undescribed and undated, and do not seem to relate to UBC.

Fonds includes memos, correspondence, notes, proposal papers, publications and copies of publication, as well as slides and photographs. Some materials are originally from the Campus Planning Office.

Fonds consists of textual material related to the teaching and academic work of Morehart at UBC, as well as personal research and publications. There are also materials from Morehart’s personal life, including artwork, which consists primarily of several canvas boards and other flat materials, and personal correspondence. Materials include handwritten notes, printed documents, publications, photocopies of publications and articles, original artwork, journals, and the contents of several binders. Folder names are primarily taken from original folders. There are eight series: Artwork, Correspondence, Miscellaneous, Personal, Photographs, Research Materials/Articles, Sceattas Research Materials and Writings, and Teaching/Lecture Materials.

Fonds consists of textual records, including a bound copy of McGregor's Ph.D. thesis (1978), manuscripts for an article (1985) and a conference paper (1985), and a black-and-white photograph (1980).
