The second and third accruals were received July 2008 and June 2009 and processed June-August 2009. The original finding aid (1981), which described the first accession, was revised to incorporate the material in the second and third accruals.

For the second and third accrual, original order has been maintained in the physical arrangement. The intellectual arrangement, as reflected in the file list, has been imposed.
