The fonds consists of correspondence, photographs, biographical documents, diaries and notebooks, financial and business-related documents, grant applications, teaching materials, unpublished poetry and manuscripts, exhibition catalogues, clippings and publications, drawings and small artworks, painting materials, objects collected by Peterson, and various ephemera.

The fonds consists of Dr. Edward B. Harvey's professional reports, proposals, studies, manuals, surveys, transcripts, presentations, books and published articles, written solely or in part by Edward Harvey or by Urban Dimensions Group Inc, under his direct supervision from 1960-2006. The material predominately relates to Harvey’s interest in health care, employment equity, education, and income security issues. <br>

This collection consists of posters and notices created primarily by University of Victoria Students' Society (Alma Mater Society) clubs and University of Victoria academic departments for the purposes of advertising meetings, events and courses, and to raise awareness about social, political and university issues.

The fonds consists of conference packages given to each delegate, including conference programme, biographies of recognition awards recipients, names of conference attendees, and blank evaluation forms. Also included in original material used for producing the art exhibit catalogue in 1993.

The fonds consists of office files and include budget, minutes, agendas, communication logs, policy files, posters and Women's Centre history. Also included are subject files which entail educational and activist undertakings relating to rallies, eating disorders, date rape, violence against women, women's rights, December 6 memorial vigil and racism.

The fonds consists of correspondence, "Bad Trick Sheet" newsletters, reports, clippings, petitions, questionnaires, a "Women as Animals" file depicting women in advertising, and a script for a slide show entitled, "Erotica: A Feminist Exploration." Files arranged in alphabetical order by title.

The fonds consists of historical notes, student notes, PhD research data on squid and sardines (including photographic data), lecture notes by subject, and course notes; and files from: Victoria College Biology Department (1958-67), Victoria College Building Committee (1957-58), Victoria College Faculty Association (1952-63), Victoria College Board (1957-63), and Victoria College Faculty and Staff Association, (1949-55).

The fonds consists of case files of each interviewee. Each file contains a tape summary, biographical information, a personal photograph, and an audiocassette tape of the interview. Also included is a file with a sample copy of all the forms used in documenting the project.
