The fonds consists of correspondence relating to Murray Davie's agricultural activities, and copies of records of the Delta Agricultural Society and Delta Co-Operative Breeders Society shares book (1929). The fonds contains photographs of Davie and Savage family members in portraits and participating in farm and community activities, as well as photographs of farms, barns, prize animals, and local scenes.

The collection consists of a cash book (1945-1963) of the Delta Manor Co-Operative Association, cash book and subscription register (1930) of the B.C. Co-Operative Feed Pool, agreements between farmers and the Pool, and correspondence between shareholders and the Pool and the Egg Co-Operative and the Pool. The collection also includes two programs from the Delta Centennial Banquet (1958).

The fonds consists of financial records belonging to G.W. and Richard London, correspondence belonging to Hazel that is about her wedding in 1934, and photographs of family, friends, school classes and scenes of the local area.

The fonds consists of John Muir's legal and business papers, and correspondence, particularly related to renting the Deloraine properties; legal papers and correspondence regarding the probate of John Muir's Estate, particularly between lawyers and Agnes Muir, his daughter; and letters to Agnes from family members. The fonds also includes a collection of papers and memorabilia belonging to Eva Muir, including a collection of songbooks and song sheets. Records that Eva accumulated as an officer in the Ladner Dugout Committee and Red Cross Society are described in these respective fonds. The fonds is arranged into 6 series: John Muir's land deeds; Correspondence and other materials related to rental of properties in Deloraine; Probate records of John Muir's estate; News clippings; Song books and music sheets; and Eva Muir's records and personal collection.

The fonds consists of two order books (1902) of R.J.Stokes for the Delta Meat Market, and two day books (1906-1908, 1912-1914) from the Stokes and Cullis Meat Market.

Fonds consists of photographs, an essay entitled "Memoirs of a Ladner Lad" written by William James Dennison, and a family tree prepared by Bill Dennison. The fonds also includes three ledgers from the Ladner Shoe Store. The photographs document many aspects of the Dennison's family life in Delta such as potato farming, gardening and a variety of social activities.

The fonds consists of slides relating to the history of Variety Farm Training Centre including residence, farm work, greenhouse, chicken house, etc.

The fonds consists largely of correspondence and financial records that pertain to Thomas Ladner's business ventures in salmon canning and farming. Thomas Ladner's correspondence April 28, 1892 to November 11, 1896 (of which this archives holds photocopies) is made up of letters sent to Robert Paterson Rithet, Ladner's agent and business partner in the Victoria Canning Co. Ltd. The financial records largely concern Thomas' farming operation, of which the ledger of 1919-1924 provides the most complete documentation. Also included in the fonds are historical notes written by Leon Ladner and Yvonne Killam about the Thomas Ladner family, and photographs of Thomas Ladner, his immediate family and descendants, his farm, and Ladner family friends and activities.

Fonds consists of records relating to the publication of the book, "Above the Sand Heads". Records include T. Ellis Ladner's research notes and extracts from book reviews, materials collected and edited by T. Ellis Ladner's daughter, Edna Ladner, and shorthand notes for T. Ellis' father, Thomas Ladner. Records in this fonds document the early history of Delta. Fonds also includes an unpublished work of T. Ellis Ladner, "On and By the River: Early Days in British Columbia."

The fonds consists of photographs taken or acquired by Smith Wright, a farmer in Delta, mainly between 1900 and 1920. Many of the images document the farming operations of Smith and his brother William in the area south of 28th Avenue and west of 56th Street in west Delta. The images include May Day parades and celebrations, Lord Byng's visit to Delta in 1922, and scenes having to do with Smith Wright's activities in the community with his family. These include photographs of All Saints Anglican Church, school classes, beach scenes, and Ladner. The 230 prints and negatives consist of 107 unique images, because of overlap in loans made by the donor for copying.
