The series consists of records of the West Vancouver Ratepayers Association, of which J.A. Burns was a member, including meeting minutes, bylaws, constitution, and correspondence.

Fonds consists of photographs of Kenneth Roblin and the West Vancouver Regattas as well as textual records from his camping days in West Vancouver.

The photographs depict army trucks transporting hikers, skiers and supplies up Hollyburn Mountain, including stops at Hi-View Lodge, and Westlake Lodge. There are also photographs of "The Forks," a rest stop and restaurant which was operated by the Colville family.
