This fonds contains correspondence, minutes, reports, financial records relating to the administration of 4-H Clubs. Included are minutes of the Annual Meeting of Council (1957-1967) and the minutes of the Board of Directors (1962-1967).
This fond contains personal and general correspondence, as well as files relating to Professor Bailey's work with the Canadian Neurological Society and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. It also includes general correspondence files from the Department of Medicine, and material on the Laboratory and X-ray Committee.

This collection contains the material kept by Professor Deverell in his capacity as Secretary for the Quance Lecture Series. It includes minutes of the committee meetings, correspondence with lecturers, and an almost complete set of both the manuscripts and the published lectures. Missing are the lectures by D.H. Russell (1953), G.E. Flower (1964), and J.R. Kidd (1966) (see University Lectures). Lecturers included J.G. Althouse, ME. LaZerte, W.P. Percival, H.L. Campbell, J.P. Gilmour, C.E. Phillips, G.A. Frecker, H.P. Moffatt, W.H. Swift, W.S. Lloyd, Msgr. I. Lussier, R.W.B. Jackson, J.M Paton, S.R. Laycock, J.F. Leddy, W.R. Wees, F. MacKinnon, J.A. Corry, H. Janzen, A. Renaud, C.D. Ovans, and S. Shack.
This fonds contains biographical data, correspondence, lectures and addresses, exhibition catalogues, and sketches. Most of the material deals with Kenderdine's career as an artist, art teacher and founder of the Emma Lake Art School (now known as the Kenderdine Campus). There are a substantial number of photographs: of the Kenderdine family; Emma Lake; Kenderdine in his studio or instructing students; and scenic views; as well as several portraits of natives by E.N. Davis. Additionally, there are scrapbooks and miscellaneous collected items: medals and Boer War postcards.
