The fonds consists of minutes, reports and correspondence of the Kamloops Civilian Auxiliary from 1943 to 1945.

This series contains letters written by Private Edward Joseph Seidelman to his family from July 1916 until his death in October 1917. The letters were written when Private Seidelman was stationed in Camp Hughes, Manitoba; Seaford, Sussex, England; and “Somewhere in France”. The series also contains Private Seidelman’s death certificate and letters from the Canadian and British government to his family after his death. Published material includes a published obituary from the “Daily Province”, Vancouver, British Columbia and a Western Universities Battalion newsletter from Camp Hughes, Manitoba, published October 21, 1916.

The sub-series consists of original writings or edited copies of Chapter 4, "Changing Courses" Part 2, for the history book Chepi Sepe. Records relate to histories of communication, law and order, the military, and industry.

The fonds consists of 15 photographs of the Polish Free Army in Italy, collected by soldier Walter Mazurkewich during WW II.

The fonds consists of a log book from the Royal Canadian Air Force for 1941-1945. The log records a brief description of each mission flown, the pilot's name and the date.

The fonds consists of 29 photographs and one certificate. The photographs include 4 military photos of platoons and regiments from Grande Prairie during World War II, 20 photos of nurses who worked at the Grande Prairie Municipal Hospital, and 3 of nurses on a bowling team. There are also two early family photos from the Boyd and Cooke families: one of the wedding of Jen Boyd and blacksmith Bob Barley ca. 1900, and the other of a group at the Boyd sawmill in 1945. The certificate is for Donald Cooke Grade 2 Piano.
