This collection consists of posters and notices created primarily by University of Victoria Students' Society (Alma Mater Society) clubs and University of Victoria academic departments for the purposes of advertising meetings, events and courses, and to raise awareness about social, political and university issues.

Fonds consists of records generated by St. Margaret's School in the performance of its function as an independent school for girls. The fonds includes, but is not limited to, prospectuses, address books, report cards, award and trophy records, student records and photographs. The fonds is arranged in 3 series which relate to the 3 campuses the school has occupied - Cook Street, Fort Street and Lucas Avenue. Each series includes records which document awards, buildings and property, education, fine arts, Girl Guides and Brownies, graduation, leisure activities, special events, sports, students and staff.

The fonds consists of historical reviews, Louisbook 1963,, 1964 ; monograph, souvenir booklets.

The collection consists of graduation photographs: portraits of individuals and groups; some entrance classes, images made in connection with hospital work, a graduation film. Les Spencer negatives are available for many of the photographs, as they arrived in the archives with a number code, corresponding to the photographic print. Most of the collection is from records compiled by the alumnae of the School of Nursing. The Les Spencer fonds contains negatives of the School of Nursing and of St. Josephs Hospital. The Feniak fonds, for conservation purposes, has been incorporated into the class series. The Margaret Sangster fonds remains intact.
