The series consists of memoirs and information written by Laura Johnson. The series is divided into two subseries. The first subseries documents her trip to Iceland and provides information on the geography, climate, history and people of Iceland. Laura Johnson has also provided information on her mother’s family background and on the medical system in Iceland, including information on nurses, doctors and hospitals. The second subseries records her time spent in Fisher Branch and provides information on the nursing station and her impressions of the station, its staff, patients and community.

SIMPLEX Nipple Sterilizer

Series consists of correspondence, receipts, a patent, advertisements, a newspaper clipping, and a blueprint related to a sterilizing tool invented by Edith Evelyn Stewart. The invention was created for the purpose of sterilizing catheters, nipples, and rubber surgical equipment. It allowed instruments to be entirely submerged in boiling water while lessening the risk of burning the instruments in the process.

Series consists of a ceramic depiction of a church inscribed with the word: Alajärvi (This is a depiction of the church in Alajärvi, Finland where Eeva Annikki Kantokoski was baptized in 1924.); an annotated pocket-sized "New Testament of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Translated out of the Original Greek and with the Former Translations Diligently Compared and Revised by his Majesty's Special Command," published in London by Collins' Clear-Type Press in 1936 (This pocket-sized bible was a gift given to Ann Koski on the occasion of her confirmation by her Confirmation Teacher pastor [Mathew H. Lepisto], and is signed by him); and a book entitled: "Jane Withers Twentieth-Century Fox Film Star - Her Life Story," published in Racine, Wisconsin by Whitman Publishing Company, 1936 (The inside cover of the book is annotated and reads: Christmas 1936 to Anne Koski From Veikko Koski).

Series documents Alfreda Attrill’s genealogy and family heraldry and includes birth dates and places or baptismal dates and places, dates of death, occupations, information on family crests, coats of arms and badges. The series consists of correspondence, notes on the Attrill family, a blue print of a family memorial plaque, as well as a family tree which traces five generations of Attrills from Alfreda’s parents to their great-great grandchildren.

Canadian Guernsey Breeders' Association publicity records

This series consists of records relating to the 1970 Guernsey queen contest, including photographs of applicants with essay submissions on a rural life theme. Also included are promotional materials developed by the Association to promote both Guernsey cattle and the Guernsey Gold milk product. These records include stickers, photographs, paper visors, posters (paper and metal) milk cartoons, milk cartons, fact books, and promotional material guidebooks with examples of promotions. These records document the promotional and publicity activities of the Canadian Guernsey Breeders' Association.

International Malleable Iron Company employee records

Included in this series are employee information cards, an employee war savings ledger from 1943-1945, and employee job analysis reports. These records document the management of employees and job duties at IMICO.
