The fonds consists of records relating to the Presbyterian parish of Richmond Bay. Included are registers of baptisms (1820-1847) and marriages (1821-1834) as well as Minutes of session (1821-1847, 1854-1871). The minutes record the appointment of elders, congregational and communion rolls, as well as the examination of persons applying for membership and censure of individual parishioners and congregations. There are also transcripts of the baptisms and of the minutes from 1821 to 1847, an alphabetical list of the baptisms with mother's maiden names annotated, and "A history of Lot 16 United Church" by Thomas G. Whent.

The fonds consists of one register from the Brookfield Presbyterian congregation which contains Session minutes from 1903-1933 and 1938-39, annual meeting minutes from the Hunter River Presbyterian Church, 1919-1929 as well as a record of baptisms (1918-1947), marriages (1918-1948), and deaths (1918-1935). There is also an index to baptisms for births prior to 1920.

The fonds contains a baptismal register recording baptisms from 1853 to 1977, two volumes of Trustees minutes from 1892 to 1948 which also include annual and congregational meeting minutes and a volume of Minutes of Session from 1858 to 1935 which deals primarily with disciplining members of the congregation who have strayed although it does touch on other church matters such as the dates for the sacrament and the raising of money. These have been intellectually arranged in the following series in anticipation of accruals:

The fonds consists of church records relating to the St. Columba Presbyterian Church from 1857 to 1978. These records contain registers of Pastors (1857-1976), elders (1879-1977), and communicants (1899-1978), as well as records for the baptisms (1862-1978), marriages (1866-1973), and deaths (1877-1962, 1977) within the congregation.

The fonds consists of congregational, trustee and session minutes of St. Andrew's Presbyterian/United Church, stipend ledgers and other financial records of the church, and minutes and membership records of the Ladies Aid Society and the Women's Missionary Society. These are divided into three series as follows:

The fonds consists of the baptismal, marriage, death, and membership records and minutes of official bodies of the Methodist, Presbyterian, and United pastoral circuits and charges which preceded the present Mt. Stewart/St. Peters Bay pastoral charge of the United Church of Canada as well as some miscellaneous records of the charge itself. An attempt has been made to use the most consistently used name of these charges from the many variations while assigning the following series:

The fonds consists of baptisms, marriages and deaths of the Margate Pastoral Charge of the United Church and of its predecessor churches, the Methodist Church in Margate and the Presbyterian Church in Princetown. It also contains Quarterly Board minutes and membership records of the Methodist Margate circuit and a Minute book of the Princetown-Lot 16 United pastoral charge. These have been arranged in the following series:
