The fonds consists of four copy negatives with reference prints made from originals on loan from the donor. The photographs depict (1) Annie Anderson, Emma Allen and Ben Thomas with a stuffed polar bear; (2) Willie Thomas, Jessie Thomas and Charles Thomas; (3) James Frances; and (4) Tabitha Kyikavichik in Katherine Kyikavichik's arms, Ellen Kyikavichik (Ellen Bruce), Edward Kyikavichik, and Joe Kyikavichik, ca. 1915.

The fonds consists of Matthew Watson General Store records purchased from Gerald Tooley, owner of the store. The textual records are currently in-process and have not been arranged. The fonds also includes 14 copy negatives with reference prints made from original photographs on loan for copying. The photographs include Patsy Henderson in traditional dress with tourists in Carcross, Yukon, Lily and Kathleen Johnson, and Kate Carmacks.

Lady Sybil Grey fonds

The fonds consists of the transcribed diary of Lady Sybil Grey, daughter of Lord Albert Grey, then Governor General of Canada. The diary details a trip she took to the Yukon, British Columbia and Seattle in 1909 with her father and two other companions, Lord Harry Lascelles and Sybil Brodrick. The diary was transcribed by Lady Grey's grandson, Simon Boyd, in 1998 and he made copies for private distribution.

The fonds consists of approximately 6,590 mechanical plans, blueprints, maps and survey plans of Yukon Consolidated Gold Company (YCGC) activity in the Yukon. The mechanical plans are of a broad range of components that comprise an operating dredge such as pumps, buckets, collars, steel riffles and pulleys. The fonds also consists of blueprints of the buildings at Bear Creek, North Fork Power Plant and Dawson Power Plant. These include floor plans, elevations, room fixtures and furniture. The predominant dates are 1930s-1940s. The fonds also consists of maps and survey plans of creeks, claims worked by the dredges and dredge progress on these claims. There are also Fire Insurance Plans for many of the camps on the creeks. There are also 0.13 m of textual records that are made up of correspondence, financial records, shift logs, maintenance records and internal reports.
