The collection consists of a scrapbook of newspaper clippings on the Riel Rebellion, including several maps and political cartoons. Also included are three loose clippings regarding Helen's father,1857; Fish Creek casualties, 1935; and an obituary of her youngest brother, 1954. Most clippings are undated, and the source not noted. The clippings are pasted into a copy of Canada Under the National Policy. The volume is inscribed, "Helen Christie, April 4th 1875."

The fonds consists of the following series: Reports, 1999-2001; Field notes of interview with Angie Joe, 1999; Transcripts of interviews with First Nations, 1998-1999, including: Robert Dennis, Tom Happynook, Tom and Liz Happynook, Herb Joe, Tom Joe, Spencer Peters, Willie Sport; Transcripts of interviews with scientific researchers, 1999-2000, including: Gordon Hartman, Eugene Hetherington, Dick Leahy, Dave Narver, Charlie Scrivener, and Peter Tschaplinski.

The fonds consists of three programs, and conference papers for 1998. Conferences include: "Calling people together: beyond the RCAP Report", Feb. 3-5, 1997; "We are all here to stay: the Delgamuukw judgment" Jan. 26, 1998; "Delgamuukw: one year after" Feb. 18-19, 1999. Also included are 10 audio cassettes of the conferences, which are numbered but not identified.

The Land Claims Campaign was a five year project launched by the BC Conference in May 1991. It had the dual purposes of education and fundraising in support of Aboriginal land claims in the province. Education events addressed questions of land claims and self government. A fundraising goal of one million dollars was set with money raised used to provide grants to BC First Nations to assist with research, political negotiations, legal fees and other related land claims costs. Campaign funds were held in trust and dispersed on the recommendations of the Native Ministries Council of BC Conference (formerly known as the “Coastal Regional Group”); recipients included the Gitksan and Wet’suwet’en for their Supreme Court Case, Delgamuukw v. British Columbia.
