The fonds consists of brief biographies of Jim Appleby, Hugo Carlson, Todd Richards and Jettie (Day) Willey who were interviewed by high school students. These biographies probably accompany the cassette tapes in accession 93.13

In 2007 a framed "Memorandum of Cooperation and Understanding" between the Canadian Museum of Civilization and the Athabasca Archives was given to the archives. In 2008-2009 additions included: a Toles School interpretive grid and diagrams, and four roller display banners with metal stands.
