Consists of family photographs and negatives, letters and other material of the McLeod and Steeves families; photographs and negatives, reports and notes kept by Neil McLeod in his time as an RCMP officer; and miscellaneous photographs and negatives, and textual material created and collected by Neil McLeod and his family. The fonds consists of the following series: McLeod-Steeves Family series, Royal Canadian Mounted Police series, Miscellaneous series.

Consists of the records created by Dahl Construction in the course of conducting and soliciting business. The fonds is organized in the following series: financial records, chronicling the accounts of the company; bid files, pertaining to construction jobs upon which the company either successfully or unsuccessfully bid; and general office files relating to a variety of subjects and interests which were important to the Company.

The fonds consists of the personal and private papers of Dr. G. R. A. Rice from the beginning of his broadcasting career up to the 1980's. This material reflects his interest in all matters of broadcasting and provides significant background information on both CJCA and CFRN. The fonds has been arranged into the following series: Awards; Speeches; Audio material; Trade publications and periodicals; Scrapbooks/Station letters; and, Photographs.

Consists of financial records and correspondence with manufacturers, distributers of hardware, business associated and clients from the last year and a half of Chown Hardware's operation. It also includes documents, legal papers and financial records generated by the liquidation of the business. Consists of a fairly complete record of the final 15 months of the business operation.

Consists of photographs and papers of the Housiaux family, dating mainly from the 1920s to the 1930s. The photographs in the fonds are of both amateur and professional quality, and document images of the family, friends, scenes of Coronation and Edmonton, and newspapermen's convention (5 cirkuit photos). The professional photographs in the collection were taken by companies such as: Standard Flash Light Co., New York; G. W. Latta, Toronto; Stuart Thomson, Vancouver; Dillhoff Studio, New York; Meyers, Winnipeg; Castor Studio, Edmonton; and by Carl Nettekoven of Coronation. Of note is a very unusual "Movie-of-U" optical illusion photograph of Joseph Housiaux, [192-], likely taken in New York. Also included is a notable double exposure photograph of Vera Housiaux by Coronation photographer Carl Nettekoven. Also included in the fonds are school notebooks, drawings and watercolours by Vera Housiaux, autograph books, Red Cross certificates and first aid booklets, greeting cards and a copy of the local history book for Coronation.

The fonds consists of records used by predecessor entities of Maple Leaf Meats including Swifts, Gainers, Canada Packers, for promotion, training, and sales including films pertaining to sales, nutrition, training, and household tips; audio discs consisting of commercials, training material, and company addresses from management; and color transparencies used in training seminars.

The fonds consists of records created, received, and solicited in the mounting of productions created by The Citadel as well as by its outreach programmes. The records are comprised of files, plans, scripts, audiovisual material, and promotional material as well as a significant number of administrative, financial, and personnel files. Also included are plans, both architectural and structural, for the new theatre additions.

The fonds consists of the records created and received by the Association in the pursuance of their constitutional obligations to: promote the Association to both its membership and the general public; promote affiliations with other cricket organizations through correspondence and meeting, and; manage the funds and finances of the Association in a fiscally sound manner. The fonds also includes records of the Edmonton and District Cricket Association and the Calgary and District Cricket League.
