The fonds consists of documents from the Langley Centennial Museum's formation, including Rules and Regulations, guides for accepting items in the Museum (1967), correspondence (1958-1976), Financial statements (1967), attendance records (1958-1968), details of School Educational Programmes, a list of attendees at the opening of the Art Gallery (1974), a book of donations of sound recordings (1975), indexes for the holdings of both the Langley Centennial Museum Archives and the Archives at Langley Municipal Hall in Murrayville, B.C. [1975], and a list of names on the 1924 Sharon United Church Quilt [1975].

The fonds consists of an essay, "History of West Langley Community Hall, 1934-1980" by Mrs. Bessie Tregunna (1981), the Hall's membership book (1948-1996), certificates of the Association's incorporation (1947) and dissolution (1997), a guest book from the opening of the new hall (1977), re-registration documents of the Association and its By-laws and amended Constitution (1982), receipt books (1992-1996), a plan of the site for the new Hall (1976), and the official seal of the West Langley Community Hall.

The fonds consists of correspondence from Alex Agee, missionary in Langley, B.C., from 1893, to E. Leslie Pidgeon of Augustine (Presbyterian) Church in Winnipeg, missionary in Langley from 1896 (1919), 2 Annual Reports of the Langley Presbyterian Church prepared by A.M. Grant (1918, 1920), a copy of a sermon by Reverend A. Dunn preached at Port Haney, B.C., in 1902, and letters from Alexander Dunn to W.F. Gold in Edmonoton on his time in Langley Prairie, B.C. (1919).
