The fonds consists of photographs and videos taken by Christine or collected by her during her years of teaching at King Edward Elementary School, later Lax Kxeen from 1973-1999. It includes both individual and group photographs and videos of student activities, including field trips, Christmas concerts in 1992 and 1997, grade 7 volleyball games in the 1990s, and the musical "wheels" from 1982-1983.

The fonds consists of administrative records of the club, including minutes, reports, correspondence, financial statements, cabin visitor books, summit registers, membership records and others. It also contains many hundreds of photographs, glass plate negatives, films and other moving images, as well as publications of the BCMC, including the B.C. Mountaineer, the BCMC Newsletter, as well as hiking and climbing guides in whose publication the BCMC was involved. It also contains many news cuttings relating to hiking and climbing in British Columbia and activities of club members. These records document many aspects of the club's activities including their involvement in mountaineering, advocacy for land conservation, and natural history. The fonds also contains the records of Mary and David Macaree which they created and accumulated during the course of researching their publications '103 Hikes in Southwestern British Columbia' and '109 Walks in B.C.'s Lower Mainland'.

The fonds consists of textual records and other media created by Harry and Valerie Jerome, which reflect the various facets of Harry Jerome’s life, including academics, athletics, and community and national sports initiatives. While most of the records reflect Harry’s life, the fonds also includes records that pertain to Valerie Jerome’s life and her own athletic career, such as newspaper clippings. In addition, a biographical manuscript, which is Valerie Jerome’s written iteration of the story of the Jerome family and Harry’s life, is included in the fonds. The fonds also includes records that were created by the Harry Jerome Commemorative Society and the Black Business and Professional Association’s Harry Jerome Awards. In order to respect the multiple creators and the overall nature of the records, the fonds has been arranged into the following six series: Harry Jerome records (1958-1982); the Valerie Jerome records (1887-[2005]); Harry Jerome Award programs (1986-1998); the Harry Jerome Commemorative Society records (1982-2001); photographs (1919-[2005]); newspaper clippings (1946-2010). The series are contained in eight boxes.

The fonds consists of signed menus and meeting notices (1960-1972), membership lists (1961-1970), correspondence (1961-1977), undated poems written by Roy Daniells about Radish members, and miscellaneous documents.

Fonds consists of a typewritten narrative of McKechnie’s and classmate George Gilchrist’s 1919 hiking trip through the Bridge River region, and two photocopied 1977 articles about his dog-sled journey from Hudson Bay to Cambridge Bay in the western Arctic.

Fonds consists of a binder of Kelowna Rowing Club Annual General Meetings and Minutes from 1952 to 1956 incomplete; lists of rowing races winners from races in 1907 to 1928; Jim Panton's Sportcast 1952, Kelowna Rowing Club letterhead and laser copies of photographs.

Fonds include incoming and outgoing correspondence, club scrapbooks, member rosters and attendance records, meeting minutes and copies of the club newsletter Rotary Weekly Bulletin. The records provide a detailed overview of the Club activities during the period 1946 – 2001 and their involvement with a wide range of community events and the development of community infrastructure such as the construction of an outdoor swimming pool, the seawalk and services such as the Cari Infant and Toddler Centre. Club members include a wide range of individuals from the business sector including members from various pioneering families.
