Minns who was killed during WWI. Four postcards have been added which include an aerial photo of the town, a view from the bridge of the town lights, a painting by Larry Zornes and local citizens forming the number 99 in 2010 as they look forward to the 100th anniversary in 2011.

The fonds consists of newspaper clippings from local papers and photographs of St. Mary's Anglican Church, railway tie camps, the Parkhurst District, Archdeacon and Mrs. Little, Parkhurst School students in 1938, Highway 55 (E-W) through Athabasca, Eugene Sale, threshing, Mrs. Joseph Laflamme and family; Eleanor,Jim, Ruth, John, Bill and Lily Elliott; and the Athabasca Flying Club in 1977.

The fonds consists of two books relating to farming: "The Successful Stockman and Manual of Husbandry" published in 1899 in Springfield, Mass and most of a book on farming which has no cover. There are several small farm machinery parts catalogues, a 1930s bull service record book for Caribou Range, an article on the origins of the Athabasca Landing Trail published in the St. Albert Gazette in 1984 and a Canadian handbook dated about 1907.
