The collection consists of recorded interviews with Elsie Murdoch, the daughter of North-West Mounted Police (NWMP) Inspector E.J. Camies of Fort Macleod, which includes discussions of the Jerry Potts family; and with Ruby Cutting, the wife of Royal North-West Mounted Police (RNWMP) member Percy Cutting, posted at Bear Lake and Battle Creek from 1913 to 1924.

The collection consists of recorded interviews and interview summaries with pioneers of Waterton Lakes National Park. Frank Goble, and Ed and Cheryl Mitchell were interviewed but not recorded, although notes were taken and are found with the inventory. There is very poor sound quality on the Tom Jenkins recorded interview due to a cassette malfunction. The Frank Johansen interview summary is accompanied by extensive biographical material about his great aunt, Lu Nielson.

The collection consists of recorded interviews with Lee Hunt, Helen Kozicky, Red Windsor, Vera Burns, Charles "Checkers" Tomkins, George Higa, V.L. Doug Hawkes, George Takeyasu, and James R. "Jim" Morgan; transcripts and staff notes about the Tomkins, Hawkes, Morgan, Takeyasu, and Higa interviews; and transcript of an interview with Don Munro, for which there is no recording available.

The collection consists of reference materials: copies of minutes, circulars, resolutions, brochures, newsclippings, etc.(1912-1994); brief histories supplied by various locals (1921-1990); District 9 minutes (1956-1985); transcripts of interviews with members (1990-1991); and miscellaneous biographical information about women prominent in the organizations (ca. 1980s-1990s).

Many of these records have been annotated by Eileen with her identifications and personal comments.
