The series contains petitions, media releases, newspaper clippings, appeal letters, pamphlets, correspondence, and various documents relating to religious oppression and violation of human rights in Ukraine under the Soviet regime. Many of the petitions and appeals are to the United Nations, written by Congress representatives between 1967-1993.

The series is comprised of reports, studies, and documents generated by conferences and meetings mainly among Roman Catholics, Anglicans, and Ukrainian Catholics in Canada around the time of the Vatican II Council.

Series consists of correspondence so designated by Sister Cornelia Mantyka, Ukrainian Catholic Archeparchy of Winnipeg Archives archivist in the 1980s, and Nick Yakimishyn, archivist from May 1991 to September 1993. There are many cards, congratulations, letters, and postcards, personal and professional, spanning both the vocational and administrative career of Metropolitan Maxim.

Series consists of papers from the early pre-Council days of the Theological Commission, and from Vatican II during which time the Synod of Bishops examined the Eastern Code in relation specifically to the Ukrainian Catholic Church in Canada, as well as considering many other issues. The papers were created in the course of this work, to which are linked the series dealing with Vatican II and with the Synod of Bishops.

Series consists of papers relating to the conferences of the Synod of Bishops, primarily in Canada, to discuss issues arising from larger discussions at Vatican II level. Metropolitan Maxim's papers were generated to a great extent at the gatherings of the Western Canada Bishops' meetings, though some of the material covers meetings of bishops from across Canada, from the US, and other countries. The material is correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes, and reports from the Western Canadian Conference of Bishops, the Canadian Catholic Conference of Bishops, and Synods Episcoporum.

The digitized material from the Jaropolk Radkewycz fonds consists of nearly 80 photographs of the interiors and exteriors of several Ukrainian Catholic churches and church facilities throughout western Canada.

The fonds is incomplete, and consists of a limited selection of records documenting the activities and functions of ACTS.

Fonds consists of Lindstrom's professorial and scholarly research files throughout her career, as well as records documenting her academic activities. Research files pertain to her publications and monographs such as "Defiant Sisters : A Social History of Finnish Immigrant Women in Canada, 1890-1930" (both the English and Finnish editions), and "From Heroes to Enemies : Finns in Canada, 1937-1947," as well as book chapters, articles, papers, presentations and lectures, and her involvement with the National Film Board production "Letters from Karelia," and subsequent research. The research files span the activities of Finnish and Finnish-Canadian organizations across the political spectrum, such as the Finnish Organization of Canada (left wing), and Loyal Finns in Canada (right wing). Records include oral history interviews (audio cassettes and transcripts), research notes, clippings, a significant and extensive number of photograph and letter collections passed down through generations of Finnish Canadians, diaries, correspondence, publication drafts, academic and professorial notes, microfilm of Finnish language newspapers published in Canada and archival records, financial records of Finnish-Canadian organizations such as newspapers and post-World War II relief funding bodies, scrapbooks, photocopies of rare and unusual documents such as two volumes of a Soviet register of Finnish War Crimes, a list of persons found in the mass grave at Karhumaki, and Soviet lists of North American Finns who journeyed to Karelia to help build a socialist utopia there, academic and professorial files, publicity files, files pertaining to her work with the School of Women's Studies, and her own papers as a university student. The fonds also includes letters written by Lindstrom as a newly-arrived teenaged immigrant to Canada to her best friend in Finland; many of these letters were published in Finnish with English translation in 'Letters from an immigrant teenager' in 2012.

The fonds consists of correspondence inwards (1859-1900), Wesleyan-Methodist church class books and family photographs. Early correspondence relates to family matters. Later correspondence is addressed primarily to W.R. Wright relating to his career in local politics. Fonds includes church "class books" (1838?-1846), listing many members of the Thomas Wright family. Fonds is arranged in three series: 1) Correspondence; 2) Church class books; 3) Family photographs.

The fonds consists of papers including W.H. Lifton and G.H. Lifton's Certificates of Service; memorial record of G.H. Lifton, pamphlets and reference material relating to the Royal Canadian Naval Volunteer Reserve and the Royal Canadian Navy. Fonds includes photographs of activities in the Royal Canadian Naval Volunteer Reserve.
