The fonds consists of home journals (diaries) describing events, people, and local, national and international affairs written by Wilson while he was in Ontario, Manitoba, and on Salt Spring Island.

The fonds consists of photographs of Robina James's family members and her home in Esquimalt.
James, Robina, 1902-
The fonds consists of records relating to Louise Wright's schooling in Ontario, her career at Brandon College and Tranquille Sanatorium, and her fruit growing interests in Naramata. Fonds includes personal correspondence; education certificate, college notebook, and autograph book; tax records; business records relating to her Naramata property; pamphlets providing dietary information; and, ephemera. Included in the fonds are two paintings done by Wright in 1894 and 1896. Fonds is arranged in 5 series: 1) Personal correspondence; 2) Educational records; 3) Financial records; 4) Reference material; and, 5) Artwork.

The fonds consists of records collected and created by Ian Benson pertaining to Bowen Island's Official Community Plan, The Bowen Island Trust Committee, and The Bowen Island Advisory Planning Commission. The fonds includes personal correspondence, financial records, and various ephemeral records.
Benson, Iain T.
The fonds consists of records created and accumulated by Delgado since 1964. The fonds contains correspondence, personal records, photographs, slides, negatives, video recordings, audio recordings of interviews with Delgado, and files focusing on: projects (shipwreck and historic sites), expeditions, lectures and education, and writing. The fonds also focuses on Delgado’s work with the National Park Service in the US, his work with the Vancouver Maritime Museum and with the Institute for Nautical Archaeology. Records also focus on Delgado’s work on The Sea Hunters television program.

Delgado, James
Fonds consists of two photograph albums containing 479 black and white photographs with captions, dating from 1916 to 1927. Most of the photographs depict family, friends and scenes from Cortes Island, especially the area known as Green Valley; some photographs show school friends and family from Vancouver and Saskatchewan. Titles in quotation marks are Dorothy Huck's photograph captions. Other information used in photograph descriptions comes from the "Green Valley", "Carrington Bay/Coulter Bay" and "Whaletown to 1930" albums created for CIMAS in 1999 by Doreen Huck Thompson, a niece of Dorothy Huck. Unless otherwise noted, the location of all photos is Cortes Island.

Collection consists of 3 series of material relating to the Oike family. The first series consists of payslips received by Kyusuke Oike in Port Hammond, B.C., around 1917. The second series consists of photographs of Douglas Masaru Oike logging in Kelsey Bay, B.C. in the mid-1970s, and the third series consists of an oral history interview with Douglas Masaru Oike.
