The fonds includes photographs that detail the operations of the Boundary Bay oyster plant. The fonds also includes personal records that belong to John and Grace Christopherson, including correspondence, a travel diary, and memorabilia that relate to their social activities in Delta. The collection consists of a 1943 article about John Work of the Hudson's Bay Company from the "California Historical Society Quarterly", and three pieces of correspondence from Mrs. Vernon Starr of Anaheim California, with a Mrs. Umphrey (1969) and W.E. Ireland (1968), Provincial Librarian and Archivist in Victoria, B.C. Mrs. Starr is a descendant of Henry Wark of Langley, B.C., and her correspondence contains much of the geneaology of the Wark family and accounts of their activities in Canada.
